  This is your application for the final Antioch weekend. The cost of the retreat is $60.00. The Retreat begins on February 25 at 10:00 a.m and pickup is at 10:30 p.m. On Sunday, please drop off your teen at 10:00 a.m. and the retreat concludes after the 3:00 p.m. closing liturgy. All 10th graders who did not attend the Fall Retreat must attend this retreat in order to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Fall.
  
  Payment is required with this registration. Details for the Retreat will come in a separate letter once your registration is received.
  IMPORTANT --The application must be filled out and completed with the fee in order to be accepted as a candidate for the weekend. All 10th graders must participate in an Antioch Retreat prior to Confirmation next fall and must be present for the entire retreat.
