1. The cemetery is only open to the public from dawn to dusk.
2. United States flags, fireman flags, etc. are allowed from Memorial Day to Independence Day (July 4).
3. The planting of flowers is permitted up to one foot (1 ft.) in front of the headstone or marker, and may not exceed the width of the stone or marker.
4. No plantings or borders are permitted in the rear or side of stone or marker.
5. No shrubs, bushes or trees of any kind or size are permitted. If planted, they will be removed by cemetery personnel.
6. Decorations or grave covers (blankets) placed for Christmas will be removed beginning February 2.
7. Decorations places for other holidays throughout the year will be removed when they become unsightly at the discretion of the Cemetery personnel.
8. The cemetery is not responsible for the maintenance or loss of any decorations. This includes theft, vandalism, or being eaten by deer, rabbits, etc.
